Visual RF provides accurate, up-to-date heatmaps and location information for that site... as well as RF channel maps, alarms, and other information critical for diagnosing performance problems.

And with 5.0's new 3D navigation, the Help Desk can check conditions on contiguous floors or nearby buildings simply by pointing the appropriate building and floor icons in VisualRF.
