Using 'Quick View' to Assess Conditions

The detailed 'Quick View' screen shows exactly where the user is located -- and provides the Help Desk with an up-to-date RF 'heatmap' showing how strong the wireless coverage is in that location. This allows the Help Desk to determine whether the user might be is a 'dead spot' and whether the user's location might be the cause of the performance problem.

With 5.0, the Help Desk can even play back a 'Quick View movie' showing the user's roaming history over the past 24 hours -- to better assess whether his mobility patterns might have contributed to the performance problem.
