Monitoring an Individual User

Once they've made sure the access point appears to be functioning, the Help Desk can drill down to see information on the specific user.

Onscreen graphs depict both the signal quality and the bandwidth utilized by that user over the past several hours. This allows the Help Desk to assess at a glance whether poor signal quality might impact the speed of the wireless network. At the bottom of the page, AMP displays a detailed user history (dating back two years or more).

With 5.0's new "Quick View" map icon, the Help Desk can see at a glance exactly where the user is located... By clicking the icon, they can expand the view to more carefully assess the local envirobment
